The quickest way to get support depends on what your question is about.
1. You have a general question about how things work, or why something doesn’t work.
2. You have a specific question related to one of your transactions, trades or orders.
General questions can be easily answered by other community members, there is no need to wait for a support team member to tell you where you can find a button, for example.
Go to the forum, use the search function to see if your question has been asked and answered already. If not, submit your question in a new topic.
To submit a new topic, hit the + icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Specific questions often need personal information like, transaction ids, incognito address, screenshots and so on. Information you probably rather not share with the world.

To submit a personal message, hit your avatar, hit your name, select Messages.
Providing Incognito app screenshots of the transaction details (and transaction hashes from the external blockchain in case your question relates to a shielding transaction) will speed up the process of getting your question answered/ issue solved.
